Lately the teashop has been slow. I guess nobody wants tea during the summertime. I’m trying to draw more but unfortunately I lose interest after 20 minutes. Hopefully that changes soon…
Woah thanks man! I’m really really flattered by this. I took Fine Arts in school but I try to keep open to all. I find that exploring other mediums really helps me think of compositions/concepts, and oddly enough it helps me improve with drawing/illustrations (which is my main focus, besides painting.) I enrolled myself in industrial design courses so hopefully I can play around with making furniture too! Again, thank you! <3
Today was an incredible day. After my critique, my partner and I got asked if we could have our video pieces up in my instructor’s upcoming show! Then I received a text from my good friend asking if I wanted to be part of another group show that I participated in last year. :-) Super stoked. Anyway bear with me, I will return back to drawing after things are less busy.
Enrolled myself in drawing for spring term. I am collaborating until midterm and working on video/installation pieces. Hopefully the first two projects turn out but either way-I’m having a lot of fun. Hehe.
I didn’t realize my work was in the actually video. It starts at 0:45 seconds! :-) I just picked up all the pieces from the gallery today so I’ll try and take better photos/ask my friend for some photos from the event.
